1. Scope
These Payment Terms apply to all premium and sponsoring payments made to linker. By sending payment, the payer accepts these terms.
2. Plans and Pricing
- Premium: 2.99 EUR per year
- Sponsoring: minimum 0.99 EUR
Sponsoring is voluntary support and does not grant premium features unless explicitly stated by linker.
3. Use of Funds
Payment revenue is used only for linker-related costs, including hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, security, and ongoing development.
4. Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when premium or sponsor status is activated in linker systems. Discord roles are optional and self-assigned by the user through the role button system. Role assignment is not required for delivery completion.
5. Refunds
Payments are generally final after successful delivery, except where refunds are required by applicable law. If a verified non-delivery issue occurs and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, linker may provide a discretionary refund.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
The payer agrees to contact linker support before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback is filed after confirmed delivery, linker may suspend or revoke premium or sponsor status while the dispute is reviewed.
linker may use activation logs, timestamps, transaction references, and entitlement history as delivery evidence.
7. Liability and Availability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, linker liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
linker is not required to keep services continuously running, and uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Downtime, maintenance windows, technical issues, feature pauses, or full service shutdown may occur at any time. Where permitted by law, such availability interruptions do not create automatic compensation or refund entitlement.
8. Changes to Terms
linker may update these Payment Terms at any time. Continued payment or use after updates means acceptance of the revised version.
